Sharon F. Langley, 59, wife of Phillip Langley, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025 with her husband by her side at her home in Johnsonville, South Carolina.

The only daughter of the late James H. and Evelyn Lee Floyd, Sharon grew up in the Effingham area and was a graduate of South Florence High School.  After meeting her husband, she moved to Johnsonville where she became co-owner and operator of Langley's Upholstery.  She worked beside Phillip and his grandparents for many years in the family business.

Sharon was a loyal and dedicated Christian.  She freely shared multiple talents with her church family as well as others with whom she encountered.  Those talents included playing the piano for church services, leading the women's ministry, and teaching Sunday School for many years.  In addition to serving the Lord, Sharon loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Sharon is survived by a son, Adam (Carsyn) Langley; a daughter, Nicole (E.J.) Langley; grandchildren:  Zachary Langley, Clay Langley, Elijah Wheeler, and Sawyer Wheeler; brothers Anthony (Francine) Floyd and Marion (Robin) Floyd; and numerous nieces and nephews along with several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Unity Christian Fellowship Church, 3652 Olanta Highway, Timmonsville, South Carolina, 29161.  Burial, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, will be in the Unity Christian Fellowship Church Cemetery immediately following the service.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. prior to the funeral service on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Unity Christian Fellowship Church, 3652 Olanta Highway, Timmonsville, South Carolina, 29161.
