Susan Haselden Saverance, 70, wife of Ed Saverance for 51 wonderful years, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018 in a Florence hospital.

Mrs. Susan was born in Hemingway, SC, a daughter of the late H. Edwin Haselden, Sr. and Virginia Stuckey Haselden. She was a devoted wife, dedicated mother, remarkable friend, and cherished Me-Me. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Florence and a graduate of Columbia College.

Surviving is her loving husband, Ed Saverance; 4 children, Rebekah (Bob) Gardner, Marty Jeffords, Deborah (Rick) Daniels, and Sarah Saverance; 9 grandchildren, Robbie, Katie, Jonathan, Hunter, Paityn, Kaden, Kyrzon, Kaizlee, and Kanyn; her little brother and 3 sisters.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 19, 2018 in the Indiantown Presbyterian Church Cemetery, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC.

The family will receive friends after the service in the Indiantown Presbyterian Church Social Hall, 4865 Hemingway, SC 29554.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Indiantown Church Cemetery Fund, 4865 Hemingway Hwy., Hemingway, SC 29554 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
