Tavell Ard Todd, 85, passed away Friday, April 1, 2022 in the McLeod Hospice House.

Ms. Tavell was born in Hemingway, SC, a daughter of the late P. K. and Olivia Prosser Ard. She was retired from Tupperware and she was a longtime member of the Westside Free Will Baptist Church.

She enjoyed working with her flowers, gardening, watching Murder, She Wrote, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by daughters, Libby (Lex) Gaskins, LuAnn Todd, and Justice Todd who she raised as her own; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, as well as a number of beloved nieces.

She was predeceased by a son and daughter-in-law, Marion Stephen (Anna) Todd; a daughter, Cindy Todd; grandson, Anson Stone and sisters, Earline Atkinson and Barbara Jean Jeffords.

Funeral services, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be held at 4:00 PM Monday, April 4, 2022 in the Westside Free Will Baptist Church with burial in the Prosser Cemetery, 3360 Big Swamp Rd., Pamplico, SC 29583.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM Monday, April 4, 2022 in the Westside Free Will Baptist Church, 530 Vox Hwy., Johnsonville, SC 29555.
