Teresa Dowell Jones, 58, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022 at her home with her loving family by her side.

Teresa was born in Canton, OH a daughter of the late Howard Lee and Ruby L. Dowell.  Teresa was a devoted Christian and a member of Rehobeth Pentecostal Holiness Church.  Teresa loved the Lord and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed camping at Ocean Lakes, her favorite place.  She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother.

Teresa was predeceased by her parents,and a granddaughter Kalynn Silver Tunnell.

Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Chan Jones; sons, Justin Tunnell (Jessica) and Preston Tunnell grandchildren, Kylee Sloan Tunnell and Swayzee Grace Rose Tunnell; a brother, Howard Dowell, (Lori) ; sisters; Vickie Ferrell (Boyd) and Christa Dowell (Jennifer Murphy), many nieces nephews and extended family.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Rehobeth Pentecostal Holiness Church.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM, Saturday July 16, 2022 at Rehobeth Pentecostal Holiness Church, 1573 Cow Head Road, Hemingway, SC 29554 with Pastor Martin Jackson officiating.
