Therrell R. Poston, 73, passed away Thursday, August 10, 2017 at his home.

Mr. Therrell was born in Johnsonville, a son of the late Norvel and Evis Poston. He was a retired farmer and also retired from Wise Construction Co. He was a member of Mill Branch Free Will Baptist Church, enjoyed working in the yard and watching westerns.

Surviving are his wife, Catherine Howell Poston; daughters, Penny P. Phillips, Paige (Michael) Lambert, and Monica (Neal) Elliott; sisters, Linda (Johnny) Calcutt, Dottie (David) Lyerly, and Miranda Johnson; grandchildren, Ethan Poston, Aven Glover, Renzley and Tucker Lambert, Courtney and Cory Elliott. He was predeceased by a brother-in-law, Randy Johnson.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 12, 2017 in the Mill Branch Free Will Baptist Church. Burial, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be in the Mill Branch Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, August 11, 2017 in the Mill Branch Fee Will Baptist Church, 224 Evans Road, Johnsonville, SC 29555.
