Tim Lexton Gaskins, 76, widower of Sandra Dianne Bazen Gaskins, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at his home.

Mr. Tim was born in Pamplico, SC, a son of the late Beaufort and Daisy Poston Gaskins. He was a retired Controller for DuPont in Florence, a member of Little Bethel Free Will Baptist Church and was a member of the New Prospect Men's Fellowship. He loved bowling, fishing, and spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Jennifer (Ricky) Hester, Craig (Joella) Gaskins, Scott Gaskins, and Amanda (Arthur) Feagin; grandchildren, Luke and Aaron Hester, James and Cheves Gaskins, and Zach Feagin; sisters, Clebe Eaddy, Trebe (Bud) Gaskins, and Debe (Harold) Miles. He was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, June 7, 2019 in the New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church. Burial, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be in the Gaskins Cemetery, 4120 Cain Branch Circle, Pamplico, SC 29583.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM Thursday, June 6, 2019 in the New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church, 4221 Sheminally Road, Pamplico, SC 29583.
