Timmy Gene Stone, 40, passed away Friday, September 24, 2020 at his home.

Timmy was born in Florence, SC, a son of Andy and Laura Wise Stone. He worked for Andrews Fabrication and was a graduate of Johnsonville High School. He enjoyed reading, being on the computer, camping, being outdoors and enjoying nature.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Bowar Stone; children, Eric (Taylor) Matthews and Lindsey Matthews; parents, Andy and Laura Stone; maternal grandmother, Mary D. Wise.; brother, Anson (Casey) Stone; nieces and nephews, Jessica Stone, Josh (Haley) Stone, Braxton Stone, Daylyn Stone, Dawson Stone and Damien Parrott; and his beloved dog, Bella.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Buddy Gene Wise and his paternal grandparents, Lester and Bessie Lee Stone.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 29, 2020 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM till 2:00 PM Tuesday,  September 29, 2020 at Morris Funeral Home, 416 North Main Street, Hemingway, SC 29554.
