Velma Eileen Adams, 59, passed away peacefully at her home on April 21, 2023.

Velma was born in Jackson Mississippi the daughter of Mary Bondy Jackson. She enjoyed working puzzles, making jewelry, and loved butterflies and eagles, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Chandra Ashley (Glen Hartfield) Steed, Robert Steed, and Jamshid (Beth) Nikzad; grandchildren, Justin Steed, Connor Poland, and Nathan Hartfield; brothers, Jesse Jackson and Johnny Jackson of Mobile Alabama.
