Warnell T. Jones, 81, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020.

She was born February 18, 1939 in Georgetown County, a daughter of the late Robbie Wilson and Virlee Owens Tanner. Ms. Warnell attended Johnsonville First Baptist Church. She loved going to church and spending time with her family, especially during the holidays. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, baking and was a very talented cake decorator. She also enjoyed creating floral arrangements and many different forms of crafts.

Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 44 years, Ronald Jones, a brother, Dean Tanner; sisters, Lucille Kirby, Bertalie Jones; and great granddaughter, Kalynn Sylver Tunnell.

Surviving are her sons, Ronnie Kirk Jones and Chan Jones (Teresa), Grandchildren, Justin Tunnell, Preston Tunnell, Whitney Raelyn Jones (Kirby Matthews), Karla Leigh Jones (Justin Thompson), Brooke Creel (Kyle):  great grandchildren Kylee Sloan Tunnell, Arlie Creel, Swayzee Grace Rose Tunell and Heaven Marie jones; two brothers Thomas Perry (TP) Tanner and John Weyman Tanner (Alice); sisters, Lennie T, Miller, Tammie Tanner Poston (Larice), and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Garden of Devotion Cemetery, 800 South Georgetown Hwy, Johnsonville, SC 29555, with Rev. Charles Pittman and Rev. Travis Cook officiating.
