William Stacy "King" Evans, 39, passed away Friday, April 30, 2021 in a Columbia, SC hospital after an illness.

King was born in Florence, SC, a son of Connie Evans Coleman. He loved cooking and was an avid outdoorsman.

He was raised by his grandmother and late grandfather, Dianne Stone Evans and the late Buster Evans; and also survived by his mother, Connie Lynn Evans Coleman; sister, Samantha Cribb; aunts he loved as sisters, Tammy (Jay) Evans Howard, Carla (Johnny Ray) Bass, and Gloria (Jet Tanner) Evans; Three nephews; and numerous cousins that he loved like brothers and sisters.

Memorial services will be held at 6:00 PM Sunday, May 2, 2021 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Hemingway, SC.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM Sunday, May 2, 2021 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554.
